Dear Businessperson/Professional:
The St. Raphael-Holy Angels Parish Sports Program supports over 150 children in basketball, cheerleading, and soccer. We participate in the Mercer CYO and many local and regional tournaments.
We are in the process of putting together a yearbook for the children in our program. This booklet will contain team pictures and rosters, candid photos, etc. The purpose of this is twofold. It will provide our young athletes with something with which to remember their season. At the same time, it will provide us with an opportunity to raise funds for our program.
We are asking for your support to help us with this effort.
Please indicate the size of your advertisement and complete the form line by line as you want your ad to appear in the book. If you wish, attach your business card to the form (do not staple it) and it will be duplicated. You may also e-mail your ad and/or graphics to nicksakowski@mac.com. Please return completed forms and payment to the above address no later than March 25th.
